RESERVATIONS

1.	The reservation should be made to directly to our reservations department, where will be confirmed depending on the availability. The reservation should specify clearly the number of people who would occupy each room, taking care of not exceed the maximum established by the Hotel.
2.	This hotel considers as "Group" that reservation of five or more rooms; and as "special Services" those that be requested for a group that do not correspond to the ones that the hotel offers for the guests in general and/or they cover characteristic individuals.
3.	The Hotel considers "high Season" the following periods:
	a.	December 20th to January 8th.
	b.	Holy week.
	c.	Passover week.
	d.	July 1st. to August 20th.
	e.	The long weekends of the following Mexican festive days: first Monday of February, third Monday of March, May 1st, September 16th, November 1st, 2nd and third Monday of November.
4.	Being groups, the reservation request should be made in writing by fax or e-mail, indicating the number of fax, telephone number, address or e-mail to give answer by the same way.
5.	Once the department of reservations has confirmed there is room availability, it registers the reservation and notifies a date limit to receive the deposit that will guarantee the reservation.
6.	If the Hotel does not receive the deposit in the mentioned date, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
7.	The deposits of reservations for groups in high season, should be received at least a month before the arrival date of the group.
8.	The deposit must be done through a bank in favor of HOTEL PLAYA DE SANTIAGO, S.A. de C.V, and a copy of the deposit must be faxed or e-mailed to us.
9.	The deposit to guarantee the reservation should be for the equivalent one to one night of lodging, food and special services requested, pertaining to one day of stay.
