| 1. | The agency must inform to the group the services that the rate protects. | |
| 2. | The
additional services and consumptions to which it includes/understands the rate and services previously contracted should be eliminated directly by the client. |

| 3. | To but taking two days before the date of arrival of the group, should be received the Hotel the name of the person in charge or Guide of the group, jointly with the distribution of the rooms by name; this is, a list of all the people of the group, notifying those that will be shearing room, so that the Hotel, with all opportunity, can make the assignation of the rooms and not have delays in its reception. | |
| 4. | The bus or buses must be parked in the indicated area from reception, trying of not interrupting the free one of journey and parking of other vehicles. | |
| 5. | The rooms were assigned and given when they be available. This would be between 7:00 and 16:00 hours of the arrival day of the group, but in any case should be demanding itself to the Hotel that are given to guests before the 16:00 hrs., specially in high season. | |
| 6. | Guests should leave the rooms at least atto but taking to 13:00 hrs. of the check out day. Any delay in this sense caused the extra payment of lodging without right to stay, unless the Hotel had space available. | |
| 7. | The agency should send a fiscal copy to us of his identification, or R.F.C.; as all the data for the bill payments of the services from the Hotel to the agency. On the other hand, the Hotel before gave the mentioned information so that the agency comes to bill its corresponding commission. | |
