TRAVEL AGENCY COMMISSIONS

1.	Our rates are commissionables according to the following thing:
	a.	Of one to ten rooms 10% (ten percent)
	b.	Eleven or more rooms 15% (fifteen percent)
		EXCEPTION TO THE PAYMENT OF COMMISSIONS: the Hotel accepted reservations of travel agencies, but it did not pay the notified commissions, when the stay corresponds to some or all the days of the Holy week and the December 26th to January 2nd .
2.	In low season and during the months of July and August, additionally to the commission a courtesy room will be given per each 15 paid rooms.
3.	Food courtesy will give for two people, equal whom previously they contract and they pay for all the group.

   The operation rules that were exposed here, represent an agreement and they force to the Hotel and the travel agency, unless in writing, and in a term that does not exceed three days counted as of the date of confirmation of the reservation, the agency exposes his on the matter opinion and it reaches an agreement, which should be settle down in writing.
