CANCELATIONS

1.	The amount of the deposit will be refund to stops the guarantee of the reservation that have been made for travel agency, when the cancellation arrives in writing at the knowledge of the Hotel with five days (one hundred twenty hours) of anticipation to the date agreeded.
2.	If the reservation is cancelled with less than five days of anticipation or if the group does not arrive, will be a cancellation charge by an equal amount to the one of a day of the asked for services.
3.	If the group in the confirmed date of arrival or before the 13:00 hours of the following day, the reservation were automatically would be cancelled by the rest of the days for which the reservation was confirmed.
4.	The charge by cancellation paid will be by the agency, same that took place against your deposit carried out and the difference collected if there will be it.
